    Q: What are your hours?
    What are your hours and calender?

    A: We are open Monday through Friday from 9 to 4 MST.
    We are closed on all major holidays, November 26 -29, 2015, and December 23 - January 4, 2016.
    Please remember to take into account that production days are only business days that we are open.

    Q: How long will my order take?
    Turnaround time

    A: Depends on the following factors:
    1)whether a proof is involved
    2)production time based on the manufacturer
    3)where the order is shipping from and to
    4)shipping method (i.e. ground, second day, next day)

    If you will be viewing a proof, please expect to receive it via email according to the product information given with your certain item. Production time starts after the proof has been approved. It is imporatant to send in changes or approve the proof on a timely manner.

    Production time is different with every designers so please read the product's description given with your product. Please be aware that production time is different from transit or shipping time.

    Shipping time depend on the time of year and location to and from. Please upgrade shipping if you are cutting it close to when you need it. Especially during the holidays, UPS and FedEx can take up to 10 days for shipping time for ground shipments.

    We cannot be responsible for delays occuring due to unforeseen interruptions such as weather, delivery problems etc.

    Q: Can my purchase be sent as a gift?
    Can my purchase be sent as a gift with a gift message?

    A: Yes. A beautiful printed gift card will be sent separately at no charge. Please be sure you include your gift message in the comments box. Also, please check the "gift card needed" box if shown with the item. If you forget to provide the gift message while ordering, email us and we will do our best to get it out for you. We may not be able to change the shipping address after the order has been placed so please email us as soon as possible if the shipping address needs to be changed.

    We do ask that you only request gift cards when we are shipping directly to the gift recipient.

    Where do I send my photo so my picture can be printed on my holiday cards, birth announcements or invitations?

    Q: How do I submit a GREAT photo for my order?
    How do I submit a great photo for my order?

    A: Save your original photo directly from your camera to your computer.
    Email your file to rockpaperscissors3@yahoo.com with your order number and last name in the subject line.
    Avoid submitting with any file sharing program like Kodak EasyShare, Iphoto or using any program that you click on "email this file".
    Photis 800KB-1MB or larger are usually big enough for good prints.
    Do not crop your photo. Make any cropping comments on order.

    ALSO REMEMBER...
    Make sure your camera is set for the highest resolution.
    Keep both clothing and the background simple.
    Avoid bright sunlight. Shoot in the early morning or late afternoon.
    For children, get down on their level.
    Get in close. Focus on eyes.
    Have your subjects interact and have fun for the most natural expressions.

    Q: What if there is a mistake on my order when it arrives?
    Mistakes

    A: Any errors made by RockPaperScissors or one of its designers will be replaced and shipped via the original shipping method, free of charge. Errors must be reported to RockPaperScissors within THREE BUSINESS DAYS of delivery.

    Errors made my the customer can not returned. Contact us for discount on replacement.
    Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged and are nonrefundable.
